Shipping & Delivery Policy

At ShopGivio, every item we offer is made-to-order, ensuring that your product is printed specifically for you with the highest level of care. Because we produce items on demand, your total delivery time includes a dedicated production phase followed by transit time.

Estimated Delivery: Approximately 4–10 Business Days

Most orders arrive within approximately 4–10 business days after your order is placed. This includes:

  • Production: 2–5 business days
  • Standard domestic shipping: 2–5 business days

2. Fulfillment & Tracking

Because each item is made to order, products may be produced by different fulfillment partners. Production and delivery times can therefore vary slightly by product.

  • Tracking: We’ll send a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
  • Before It Ships: Every order goes through our production and quality-check process before it’s handed to a carrier.

3. Shipping Area & Method

We currently ship within the United States only. For the most accurate estimate, please check the shipping information shown on the individual product page.

We ship every order via Standard Shipping, offered free on every order — no minimum required, and no paid expedited or rush option at this time.

4. Important Restrictions

  • Geographic Scope: We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

5. Factors That May Impact Timelines

During holidays, peak shopping periods, or other high-volume times, additional processing or delivery time may be required. Other circumstances can also cause production or shipping delays:

  • Items temporarily out of stock or on backorder.
  • Products failing our mandatory quality inspections.
  • Large orders consisting of 12 or more items.
  • Failed or delayed order payments.

6. Separate Packages

Items in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages if they are produced by different fulfillment partners.

7. Multi-Item Savings

When you order more than one item of the same kind in a single order (for example, several mugs or several T-shirts), each additional item is discounted, because we’re able to pass along part of the shipping savings. Different kinds of items are discounted separately. Your savings appear as a “Multi-item savings” line in your cart and at checkout.
