At ShopGivio, every item we offer is made-to-order, ensuring that your product is printed specifically for you with the highest level of care. Because we produce items on demand, shipping times include a dedicated production phase followed by transit time.

1. The Delivery Formula

To help you estimate when your order will arrive, please use the following calculation:

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

  • Production Time: This is the time it takes to print, inspect, and package your order.
  • Shipping Time: This is the transit time from our facility to your doorstep.
  • Payment Requirement: Please note that orders only enter our production queue once payment has been successfully accepted and processed.

2. Production Estimates

Order Status: You can view your estimated ship-by date within your account dashboard or follow up shipping confirmation email.

Standard Orders: Most items are produced and ready for shipment within 2–7 business days.

Express Orders: Select premium apparel is eligible for a prioritized workflow aiming for delivery within 2–3 business days.

Before your order is handed over to a carrier, it undergoes our professional production and quality check process.

2. Shipping Methods & Speed

We provide several shipping tiers to meet your needs within the United States. Please note that shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are not included in the base product price.

  • Economy Shipping: A cost-effective domestic option with delivery in 4–8 business days post-production.
  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 2–5 business days post-production.
  • Express Delivery: Our fastest service, combining prioritized production and shipping for delivery in 2–3 business days.

Express Delivery & The “9:30 AM Priority Window”

To provide the fastest service possible, our Express Delivery option follows a strict daily production schedule.

  • The 9:30 AM Effective Cut-off: While our production facility has a 12:00 PM (midday) cutoff, we offer a 2-hour grace period for free cancellations on all orders.
  • Same-Day Processing: To ensure your order clears this grace period and enters production by the midday deadline, it must be placed by 9:30 AM in the destination’s local time zone.
  • Fulfillment Calculation:
    • Orders finalized before 12 PM (local destination time) count that day toward the 2–3 business day delivery window. This is visualized in the file “Order submitted before the 12 PM cut-off.png”.
    • Orders finalized after 12 PM will begin the fulfillment and delivery calculation on the following business day. This timeline is shown in the file “Order submitted after the cut-off.png”.
  • Time Zone Sensitivity: Please remember that the 12 PM deadline is always relative to the destination address where the order is being shipped.

Pro-Tip: For the most reliable service, we recommend completing your purchase as early in the morning as possible to ensure it hits the current day’s production cycle.

4. Important Restrictions

  • Geographic Scope: We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
  • Express Limitations: Express Delivery is currently available only for the contiguous United States and is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.
  • PO Boxes: Express Delivery does not support PO Box addresses. Any Express order submitted with a PO Box will automatically revert to our Standard Shipping method.
  • Modification Policy: Due to our automated prioritization, orders cannot be upgraded to Express Delivery once they have been submitted.

5. Factors That May Impact Timelines

While we strive to meet every estimate, certain circumstances can cause production or shipping delays:

  • Items temporarily out of stock or on backorder.
  • Products failing our mandatory quality inspections.
  • Large orders consisting of 12 or more items.
  • Peak holiday seasons and carrier delays.
  • Failed or delayed order payments.

6. Bundled Shipping Rates

We offer reduced “additional item” shipping rates when you purchase multiple items of the same category (e.g., two t-shirts) in a single order. However, if products differ significantly in type or size (such as a shirt and a large canvas), individual shipping rates will apply to ensure each item is packaged safely and correctly.
