A Thoughtful Approach to Every Order

At Shopgivio, every piece is made to carry meaning. Because most of our products are personalized and created just for you, our refund policy is designed to protect both your experience and the integrity of what we create.

1. Customized & Made-to-Order Items

All personalized products are final sale.

This means:

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for customized items
  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started

Why? Each item is uniquely made based on your submitted details, and cannot be resold.

If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

You are eligible for a free replacement or refund if your item:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Has a manufacturing defect
  • Is incorrect compared to your order

What to do:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund

Please carefully review your order before placing it.

Shopgivio is not responsible for:

  • Spelling errors
  • Incorrect dates or names
  • Low-quality or incorrect images uploaded by the customer

Orders will be produced exactly as submitted.

We begin production quickly to ensure fast delivery.

  • Changes or cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order
  • After this window, the order is locked for production

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Customs processing delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Order marked delivered yet not received

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

If your order is confirmed missing in transit

  • We will work with the carrier to investigate
  • A replacement or refund may be issued once confirmed

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We want you to receive your order as much as you do! However, please note that once a carrier marks a package as “Delivered” to the address provided at checkout, we are no longer responsible for its security.

In the rare event that your tracking says your package arrived but you cannot find it, we recommend check your porch, side doors, with household members or neighbors.

If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend filing a report with the carrier or your local authorities. Because we rely on the carrier’s official confirmation, we are unable to take responsibility for items once they are marked as “Delivered.” Thus, we are sorry that we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery.

8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your provider
